Marissa Domantay is a queer, second-gen Filipina American in Chicago, IL. She was mainly a self-taught artist until she pursued a BA in Art at Connecticut College. During her tenure there, she was awarded multiple awards that recognized her creativity and passion for diverse storytelling such as the Anique Ashraf Art Prize.
Currently, she is focusing on creating new works and streaming her art on Twitch. Her main mediums are digital and ink illustrations, but she is currently teaching herself visual development and storyboarding in animation.
